RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Flyers Team Pro Shop may ONLY be returned for a REFUND/ STORE CREDIT within 30 days of the date you received your items.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and un-worn. Shoes undamaged without scuff marks.
- Tags must be attached. copy of receipt available (email is fine)
- All SALE items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
- The customer will not be responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s) IF YOU HAVE A FREE RETURN LABLE from us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For proof of delivery and for your records, please note the tracking number of your return package, if applicable.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
1. Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
2. Email support@flyersteamproshop.com and let us know you’ll be returning
3. Please send your package to the address listed below.
4. Once your package is received please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. A refund/ store credit be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
EXCHANGES
We would love to exchange for you if we have the item in stock. Due to our limited quantities per unique style, sometimes this option is not available. Please note in an email what style and size you’d like and if we have it we will send it to you. This shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
