  • What Currencies Can I Use?

There are several currencies available as follows: US dollar.

  • Why Is There A Pending Charge On My Account?

The pending charge you are seeing on your account is an authorization hold. This hold will drop off your account within 3-5 business days. We’ll only charge when the product ships to you.

  • Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

Flyers Team Pro Shop uses a variety of shipping arrangements with brands, and some may result in longer shipping times than others. Most orders ship within 24-48 business hours, however shipping may take longer during the holidays.

We’ll send you an email with your tracking information once an order is on its way. Items will indicate their ship times in each description.

If the tracking information for your package says delivered and you have not received it, please reach out to us at support@flyersteamproshop.com and we will look into it for you. After the investigation, if the package still has not shown up within 3 business days of the delivery date then we will file a claim for you.

  • What does final sale mean?

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to placing your order.

  • How much does shipping cost?

We offer USPS (4-8 business days). A flat US $4.99 fee per each order.

  • What does it mean if I’ve received an email that my order has shipped but the tracking information is still blank?

A few things:

  1. Although we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, it can take a couple of days for the shipment to be processed by the boutique/designer and appear in the tracking system, so make sure to check back during the next business day. If you’re still missing info, please email support@flyersteamproshop.com and we’ll be happy to help.
  2. We use USPS as our shipping services within the US and Canada so you will also be able to track your packages directly on these sites.
  3. In rare instances, it is possible for a package to be delayed as it goes through customs. We aren’t able to access any additional information during the processing period due to security regulations so if that happens, hang tight. Please feel free to email support@flyersteamproshop.com if you run into this bummer of an issue. We also recommend signing up for updates directly…
  4. Will my order be delayed?

We will do our best to ship your order in a timely manner but our first priority is the safety of our staff. To ensure that our team is abiding by the guidelines put in place for all essential personnel, it may take longer to process and ship your order.

  • Sell Out? What If The Item I’m Interested In Is No Longer Available In My Size?

New items can be sold out rather quickly, but we may get more soon!

Please contact our customer care department via email and we will do our best to notify you if the item becomes available again. Please include the best email address for reaching you when the item becomes available.

  • Why Was My Order Canceled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund.

  • Need To Change Something On My Order, How Can I Do That?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once the parcel is processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.
